November to March - £315 per week

April to June - £365 per week

July & August - £425 per week

September & October - £365 per week

Electriciy and fuel:  Is included in the price.

Extra Charges:

Linen and towels:  £15 per person.
Guests wishing to bring their own linen and towels are welcome to do so. Feather duvets and pillows are provided and for guests bringing their own bed linen and towels etc. flat sheets and single duvet covers are recommended for the double bed as it comprises 2 single matresses within one large frame - Swedish style!

Terms and Conditions

BOOKING

You can book online and pay a  25% deposit or you can send a cheque for 25% deposit.  The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. Failure of the balance being recieved on time may result in the cottage being relet.

The premises will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10.00 am on the day of departure. The keys are held by the Factor Janine Hart at the above address and any problems should be addressed to her.

All breakages must be paid for.

The owners particularly request that no dogs and no smoking are allowed in their cottage.
